  For upgrading 2008 just we need to take 70-649 thats enough.
  and in extra we have to take one paper out of three which u said.

  But I think, if you have MCSE you should not to upgrade MCSA, only MCSE, the interesting question if I'm right? If I'm really right, then you should do only 2 exams: 70-649 and choose more one from the list that I mentioned a message before.

  Shaik, 3 Exams reqiered. The following 2 upgrading exams (choose all 2):
  70-648: Upgrading Your MCSA on Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist.
  70-649: Upgrading Your MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist.
  
  And the third exam (choose one what you more preffer from the following list):
  70-640: Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist - Active Directory.
  70-642: Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist - Network Infrastructure.
  70-643: Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist - Application Infrastructure.

  Shaik, you finished one exam of exchange server, it belong to MCSE + Messaging group, but no to MCSE + Security. I recommend you to choose 70-297 to complete your Standard MCSE and one more exam 70-285 (second exam of exchange) to complete your MCSE + Messaging. But if you want Security, even you made exchange, you shoul make 3 more exams 70-350 (or better 70-351), 70-298 and 70-299 = MCSE + Security.   @Schmiddi..wir haben im Kurs mal verglichen, es sind zum größten Teil 1:1 Übersetzungen der Fragen. Aber sehr..seltsame Übersetzungen. Wenn Dein Englisch gut genug ist..mach es auf englisch.

  Valid in VA took the exam today and got above 940 42q. Please dont make it 1000/1000. The more people score 1000/1000 microsoft will change the exam, so make one or two mistakes even though you know the right answer(s). Thanks I am now MCSA on to 70-293, 70-294, 70-298, and Security+.
