I have taken the exam in the UK and nit sure about other countries. If only I could show you my certificate. The dump is valid. Why are you scared the 2nd shot is free to just go for it and check for your self. They are adding new questions so you will see new question I and some other have mentioned those questions and answers here.

ok, the exam i got in Holland was pretty much the same as the dump with the exception of a few new questions,
Basically if you understand this dump and the reason for the answers then you wont have any trouble with the exam. I used this dump, egan/maude as study guides.

There were about 5 new questions i hadnt seen in dumps but they are easy to figure out. It really helps if you learn the support and product lifecycles for things like Vista, i had that in the exam as a requirements question twice.
