The printbrm command is a tool that's native to only Vista,Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008. Therefore, you cannot run it directly from a Windows 2003 server.

The way to perform the migration is to perform a remote backup of the printers on WT-Print01 by running the the command from TT-Print01 with the following syntax.

Printbrm -s \\ -b -f .printerExport

Does anyone know how it is in the Case Studies? I got 3 Case Studies - 2 sets of 5 and 1 set of 6 questions. If I give wrong answer for 1 of the questions is the all set wrong or the questions are marked separately?

I wonder if Question 3 is wrong.
A - wrong - Standalone DFS stores data in registry not in AD, so DFS-R wont work. An option to replicate would be Robocopy - but would cause heavier WAN traffic than DFS-R.
Robocopy copies every complete file while DFS-R only copies incremental changes.
B - wrong - same reason as A.
C - most correct - Domain DFS using a) DFS-R would replicate to each site, b) using min WAN bandwidth, c) make data accessible locally at each site.
However the wording could be wrong as ABE needs to be mentioned here, not hidden shares.
D - wrong - FRS has been deprecated for DFS. And no hidden shares.

While ABE jumps out, 2/3 requirements are not met in option A.
If you can beat my explanation and correct me, please let me know so that I can get closer to 1000. :)

@ SA. After looking through the dump my cases were Prosware, Trey Research and A. Datum. My recommendation is to know them all though. You may have totally different cases. Also, don't memorize the answers or their placement. They will often rearrange the order of the answers. Understand 'why' the answer is what it is. That will help you when you get in a pinch.

Dump is valid. Seems MS uses only 3 case studies a week Monday - Sunday. My friend and I both I took the exam this week and got Lucerne, Woodgrove, Trey research. Some other people I know took the exam he previous week and they each got City Power, A Datum and Northwind Traders.

Still valid in the US. I passed today with 836. Thanks so much to those that worked to bring this to us. I had 3 case studies. Only one new question. I don't remember the question. Tough exam.
