I agree, my opion is to let ppl decide what to do. They will have to prove themselfs in a real situation and most of them will fail. We both know what happens if these guys fail in real life. a jobopening will arise

Well, i have approx 10y experience in large company environment. Even though i work with this issues daily, i still decided to read up on all ms press books. Im not saying ppl shouldnt use dumps, the ms exams is still a joke. But just using dumps and no reading at all + no rl experience, will not get u hired.. Well, whats the meaning in reading a book if u dont understand what ure are reading? Sounds very strange if u read a book and not trying to learn something from it. There is excellent hands on scenarios in the books im reading. But for sure hands on real life experience is the aim for everyone. Alot is covered in the books, i prefer reading and understanding besides google for every solutions when they arise in real life scenarios.

I guess you havent got any on the job experience in a large company at all. Hands on experience will proof your knowledge, everyone can read a book but only a few will actually solve MS issues in real life. Good look getting certified. I must say that some ppl that are taking the exam and and writes that they know nothing still about Windows 2008, i can just hope that you never get hired. Its tragic that some ppl are trying to make shortcuts by just reading up on dumps. For the whole set 5 exams there is like 4000 pages to read and doing intense training and simulation. Will take atleast 2 months if ure meant and want to learn something proper. Just laughing at some stupid comments here and that ppl are so f..cking lame.
