There is no way you will pass this exam strictly based on this dump. You need to do your research, Lab Setup, run the commands, challenge the questions on this dump. The answer must be upper right picture with 3 DAGs. The point it that if the connection between sites drop you will lose whole site or whole DAG . In this case the only suitable answer Is to create 3 DAG separate from each other .

I don't see how disabling all the other rules will allow the DLP policy to stop from sending the sensitive data out.

If you want to block the data from being sent I feel like you need to just deselect the allow override options.

DNS Round Robin would result in the possibility of users getting routed to a site that is down. If a layer 7 hardware load balancer was implemented then the LB could detect the down service and route users appropriately.
