The question asked about how can you give access to a certain user to allow him/her in joing the RODC server to the domain without giving that user additional administrative rights or permissions. From the link you gave it says "Using ntdsutil or dsmgmt to specify the delegated RODC administrator account is not recommended because the information is stored only locally on the RODC." So this is the best answer, the account is stored only locally on the RODC so it satisfies the question.

Sorry, but this question has consumed my life for the last 3 hours, as the answer suggested just does not make sense. The key parts of the question are 'modify UPN for all users' and 'least administrative effort'. I fail to see how AD U&C fulfills either requirement. In fact, it can only be one of two answers - AD D&T or ldifde. AD D&T would sort of work, b/c just by adding it, it enables it for all users and there is no need to modify anything (I think). LDIFDE would be the only other answer, except it involves exporting, modifying, and importing all AD users, so I'm not sure if that is considered 'least' admin effort.. moving on now. :) Still a great dump though, thx.

@Azer - you know, you may be right.. I cannot find anything but a VB Script to change existing users UPN suffix at the domain level. If 'all' users is only 20, and you have to do each one in U&C it kind of sucks. If you have 200 or 2000, then it seems idiotic for that to be the answer. Leave it to MS..

@Azer - thanks for the explanation, but the question states you must change the UPN suffix for ALL users, which I believe makes that forest-wide, no? I think I understand what you are saying about if you wanted to only change the UPN suffix for specific users, which would require adding the UPN via Domains & Trusts, then selecting the additional UPN from the user properties in Users & Comps. It is not a very well-worded question - not surprising in my experience.

There are NO sims in the test. There are Drag and Drop (maybe 2), rest are multiple choice, where you have to check 1, 2 or 3 correct answers. If you study the dump well, you wil see all this. Study all comments in here as well.
