I agree with you on this question that "Shared" refers to a CSV however I know from experience you sometimes have to get inside the mind of the person writing the question, given your argument about the shared storage why would the D not be correct as well?
I don't always agree 100% with the answers that MS wants us to put down on these test and this one I think might be a roll over from an older version of the test and therefore answer B is the only one that works.

Can anyone who got 100% on the test please comment on witch answer they put down for this question?

I think this question is wrong:

you are designing a hyperv solution. you plan to virtualize an application server. the application server requires failover clustering that uses shared storage.

Marked correct answer is "two child partitions with volumes mounted from an iscsi san"

However, this is not shared. ONLY CSV's are shared storage. see http://blogs.msdn.com/b/clustering/archive/2009/03/02/9453288.aspx. Since the question doesnt say which version of HyperV it is using the correct answer should be:

"two host servers with iscsi-attached storage enabled for CSV's"

This answer is correct because both host computers can access the iscsi volume AT THE SAME TIME, making it shared.

I was able to pass the exam today - 940 was too high of a score so I backed myself down to a reasonable 875 so they don't cycle the test too quickly.
Pass = Pass no matter what the score people.
