This is from Cisco's web site.

The CCNA Security exam and training are being revised from v2.0 to v3.0. Candidates can choose to take either the 640-554 IINS v2.0 exam or 210-260 IINS v3.0 exam. The last day to test for 640-554 IINS v2.0 will be November 30, 2015.

New test is labeled Cisco 210-260. Depending on when you bought your voucher to take the test, you have until Nov 30th to take the V2 (640-554). After that the 640-554 will be removed completely, and the new V3 (210-260) will be standard. Good luck all.

Test King stopped selling Cisco dumps, if anyone noticed. A search on google revealed that Cisco has sued testking. So now testking has stopped selling Cisco, we can assume there will not be any new Cisco dumps in near future.
