labs: AAA, Mls-Eigrp and LACP with STP. The answers on jacks is slightly missing some code for LACP. I had issues with encapsulating trunk with dot1q int port-channel 1 on swA. Also on switch A make sure that the "no switchport mode access" and "no switchport access vlan 98" is issues otherwise you trunk would not form and you will get native vlan errors and loose a point.

All labs from certprepare, for those who are planning to only study those 3 labs, I prefer you study all 6 not only the above mentioned labs, they are easy btw.
I also got 6 HSRP Hotspot questions from certprepare too and 3 drag and drop.
Notes:
- Dont try to use CAPS LOCK in lab, it lagged with me.

- In this dumb, there is a spelling mistake on one of the questions on its choices instead of "ports" its writeen as "pots" it tricked me so be careful.

- When you answer the HSRP Hotspot question please check the running configuration (show running-config) from console device which is connected to DSW1 & DSW2 otherwise you will loose points

Max amount of HSRP groups is 16 not 256. The HSRP group can have a number between 0-255 but the max amount on the Catalyst switch is 16.

What is the maximum number of HSRP standby groups that can be configured o a Cisco Router?

The answer in Jack.Cross's test is 256 but I believe it should be 16

The number of the group can be from 0-255 but the maximum amount of groups on Cisco switch is 16

Remember in the labs that you have to put a space between the "-" in the interface range command.

interface range fa0/1 - 6 and not fa01/-6

This is valid... same D&D as this dump. EC has good explanation on STP Hotspot. just study the theory from there.. that will be enough for Hotspots.also sims are same as certprepare. all other questions from the dump

Very sad to see that examcollection manipulates the vce files to stop working after a certain period, or to nag that it is created with a newer vce version and forcing you to by a new Exam simulator.
This Jack Cross vce was working perfectly fine up to today, when all of a sudden it tried to download some exam key before starting, which of course failed due to my firewall blocking all simulator traffic (spyware). I then downloaded the Jack Cross exam from another site and it worked fine again. Observed the vce file from examcollection is some megabytes larger than from other sites.

Couldn't put Dot1Q encapsulation on Switch A (Distribution Switch)
Port Channel would not should Up/Up but config was correct and Pings were successful.

I got troubles on my exam with Cisco Simulator, the lab regarding LACP+STP show me some bugs .. like ..

Hitting “Switchport trunk native vlan 99” it show me “switchport trunk native NaN” ..
hitting “switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,21-23”… show me….” switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,21-23,” ……
Hitting “switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q” show me “switchport trunk encapsulation”…

Some basic commands applied to the interface port channel was not taking effect to the physical interfaces.. some command I had hit to remove wrong config was not being accepted or not removing as expected ….. I’ve made my concerns to the test center …
