Got a score of 1000/1000 a few days using Ethan and Cyberjunky.

Right answer in the dump is 5. But the question is "Which DEVICE". Cisco Unified Border Element is not DEVICE, it is a FEATURE. I think, right answer is 1, gateway.

Go to http://www.filecrop.com and search visual exam cert. Download the file, extract and install it. This should resolve your issue. I downloaded my file from there and it works fine on any and all of the .vce files I have.

So this VCE has an incorrect answer in at least one question. There is NO naming convention for the device name when creating a Cisco Unified Client Services framework. See post below for the copy and past from the official cert guide book.

Although I believe there are about 4 or 5 incorrect answers, this dump is valid. Got 988. For the CSF question, I selected "No name convention". For video traffic-> greedy, bursty, udp priority and other. for the outbound dial-peer I selected in bloc. IMAP for the unty and processing delay for the variable delay question.

I just want to say i passed my CCNA - Voice Exam and this dump was very valid.

I just failed. Got 778 for 783 required to pass. Damn it.
My bad, that I didn't know this site earlier.. got here just right now.

One thing was very strange on the exam. Imagine that:

Question: "what is the maximum network delay for voice traffic?"
What would You say? 150ms, right? It seems so.
And now guess what? There were no such answer to choose!!! o_O
The proposed answers were: 100ms, 200ms, 250ms and 300ms.
Checked 100ms, but this could be wrong.

Technically all answers are wrong. But there is a logic:
The number 240 is coming from old 3845 Cisco router.
All other numbers are incorrect, because maximum phones can be supported is 450 ( CISCO 3945E). At least 640-461 book says that in 2011.

@ salim : try to google the file Cisco .passguide.640-461.v2012-09-03.by.Ethan.141q.vce and you will find the solution .try some other options for the same file

As far as i know there isn´t any LAB simulation in this exam 640-461. Simulations LAB exists in 640-460 but this dump in only for 641.

There was no simulator question in the Exam. Only MCQs were there. Total of 70 questions were there and passing score is 783/1000

This is the definition of reset and restart:

"A Reset reboots both the firmware and the configuration of the phone. Some information
such as firmware version, locale changes, SRST, or Communications Manager
Group changes require a full reset so that the phone will pull a new file from the TFTP

There was one question I remembered that stumped me.

I picked restart since it said briefly but the dump said reset. Which one is correct? Thanks
