  This was a definite help, probably half the questions on the test were from here. Just keep in mind though that the test is adaptive and designed to fail you so if you are weak in a given area,then the questions will change to test that area and in greater depth. So this is a good start, but it doesn't hurt to be over-prepared.

  This is quite valid. I took the exam on 2/13/13 and passed with a 725.
  
  A good amount (70%) of the questions were reflected from this dump although they alter the way HOW they ask you the questions. Thus you should be careful and do some studying but this is a good refresher course.

  Just passed 220-702 with 769. US-western states. I used Dknight's-702 and Eman's-702. Very few questions on exam (<15). Work experience got me through it. Alot of printer T-shoot questions (network, local, hardware, queues). Know ALL about repair tools/utilities, and what they do, for Windows (command line; pre-boot; within Windows). Know simple DOS commmands. Know boot outcomes of incorrect jumper settings. Know when to use each tool (cable tester; multimeter; PSU tester; etc). Know basic network stuff (configuration; net use; SOHO T-shoot; security; port forwarding). Know general security and AV/mal/spy-ware

  This dump is valid, passed with 800s+. Study both BigLEE (576) and Demon (815). After each exam review and save the ones you don't know or had a lucky guess. Use snipping tool for quick copy and paste into a word document. Then study the ones you didn't know. There were only few new questions on the exam, everything else is from these two dumps.   Passed 701 today (803/900) - in Tampa, FL.
  
  Exam had around 50-60% of the questions from Demon dump. For those of you about to take the exam, make sure you understand each question in the dump - and all answers provided (definition and how it pertains to the question.)
  
  I noticed several new questions on mouse pointers (dragging without holding), minimum requirements to go from XP Pro to Vista Business, memory limitation on Vista 64-bit.
  
  I studied Trainsignal A+ and demonknight's dump. I appreciate the time and effort put into creating the dumps on examcollection.
  
  Taking 702 tomorrow morning and will post results and comments.

  I took the test yesterday and maybe 10 questions came from here. However it helped with understanding the wording of the test. I had been studying the content for a while, read mike meyer's book, and watched some videos, so I passed with an 841. This will not get you through the test, but if you understand why each answer is correct you will do fine.

  Passed the exam today. I got about 40 questions straight from this dump, another 40 questions were really similar, the other 20 questions were not discussed in this dump, but you can get them if you know the concepts. I only studied this dump. As long as you understand the concepts you will pass. I studied all of the questions and wrote about 20 pages of notes over 2 weeks. Easy exam :)

  @Christopher: Yes, you need to pass BOTH the 701 and 702 to get certified. On the 701 you need 675 and on the 702 you need 700. Both are out of 900 possible marks. Some questions are worth more than others I believe. Now onto my question, which is...if the exams are only 100 questions long, why are there 765 questions on this dump? Just curious. I've already read the Mike Meyers all in one exam guide and watched every Professor Messer video. The PM videos are 'okay' but not nearly enough info to pass the exam solely on his video information. Hoping to write the exams in a couple of weeks. Good luck to all!

  It all comes down to how familiar you are with the material. If you know 90% of the answers to this dump and the reasoning behind those answers, you should be fine.
  
  It sounds like the 220-702 dump is pretty current. You could knock that out while you wait for a new 220-701 dump. Good luck!

  Just passed this with an 841. Like others have said, there are a few questions from this, but if you don't know your stuff, you'll have a hard time. Don't just memorize the answers... UNDERSTAND the answers. I'd recommend taking this dump's exam, then take the answers that you got wrong and study their chapters.

  Hey, I passed today through Pearson with a score of 862/900. My advice is to do as many dumps as you can as there weren't only questions from this dump but also from Mandiee's Dump, BigLee's and SmokinPaul's. I also suggest not to completely rely on these dumps, you should also study and make sure you know your stuff well as I encountered questions that weren't in any of the dumps I did.   I don't know since I'm also currently studying for the essential test. They might be similar or the same concept. From reading the reviews for Transcender it has helped people pass for the test but it's recommended you know the concept for each question. I'm currently reading Sybex Comptia since it offers a Assignment test and pin points your weaker subjects. I'm also watching TRAINSIGNAL Comptia A+ videos (CBT NUGGETS videos are waste since they don't go into details like TRAINSIGNAL).
  
  Mike Meyers is a very good book but I think he goes a little bit over board on explaining stuff.

  Pretty much everyone is going to tell you the obvious, study hard on a book. If your too lazy, then download a app called "TranscenderFlash CompTIA A+" on the play market for smart phones. It has over 1,300 questions for A+ 701 Essentials and it's FREE. Don't waste time on other apps, this is the best app out there!

  Good practice, but no longer valid in The Netherlands. I got less than 20 questions out of 100 from this dump. The rest were kinda similar though, so most of the time I could guess the answer if I didn't know it.

  I took the JKO 701 today, and I made an 803! I studied only this dump. I'd say the test had 20 or so questions that were identical to this dump. The others were reworded or totally different. That being said, if you study the material and not just memorize the answers, you should do fine! Good Luck!

  Took the test today at Pearson in California, dump is 30-40% valid. Still worth studying, but there were many new questions that were not covered at all (even re-worded) on my test. Luckily I studied several different ways. Study this, but expect to see questions that have not been covered here at all.   Did it today, 07-03-12 in AZ. Almost 800, with min 675.
  A lot of new questions, but this dump helped with some questions (like 50-60%) and idea about type of questions.
  Sorry, my English is bad, so I can not give you any of new questions 8=(
  No questions about RAID, some questions about differences between different version of Windows.
