hi guys i m planing to take VCA410-DT but i didn t find any dump for that exam
can i just study VCP5-DT for VCA410-DT ,anyone passed VCA410-DT??

I'm planning to take this exam, but I think first need to upgrade my previous certificate from VCP:4DC to VCP:5DC then will be able to take this exam!
just need ur recommendation as myself and colleages planning to be certified in VCP:5DT.

Planning to take the VCP510-DT exam and I see that the last comment by pitinhofct on May 24th says that this dump is still valid.

@Alcatraz - Vmware and Microsoft Hyper-v are more prevalent in the workplace over Citrix in my opinion. There are alot of companies still utilizing Citrix, both will not hurt you. I would personally invest in Vmware over all just because there is alot of IT shops out there not using Citrix or running Citrix on Vmware.

pearson is not a school. you just take the exam there. local community college or any authorized school, per VMware. check with them and find out what they have on their web site.

you have to take the course at an authorized school. there is no way around it. either the vsphere 5 or the desktop. I took the vsphere 5 at a local college in the us. they also offered the desktop, but desktop suppose tobe more difficult. if you take the exam now, they won't give you your certificate. as far as studying for vsphere 5 study Mastering VMware vSphere 5 by scott lowe and for desktop study VMware View 5: Building a Successful Virtual Desktop. both are available at amazon. you have to take the class at a local college for instance. or a boot camp. I don't know what you have in Europe. check the VMware site for authorized schools. you can chat with somebody and ask them what is the best path for you.

1.Okay so I need to take VMware vsphere (vcp510) before I can take the exam of the dump on this page?

2.And I'm understanding that when you gonna take your first VMware exam, there is only 1 choice; pass for your VMware vsphere (vcp510) exam and next do the other exams if you want to specialize.

Cause I need a VMware and Citrix certification to be able to get a job as system engineer/administrator. Actually I don't know which is the best VMware and Citrix certification I need to take to be able to get more chance for this job at the moment. For the Citrix certification I'm confused about the Citrix XenDesktop 5 Administration 1Y0-A19 or the Citrix XenApp 6.5 Administration 1Y0-A20 exam.
3.Could you please advise me which VMware and Citrix certification I can better take to get more chance for above mentioned job?

4.I want to take my first VMware and Citrix exam at a test center authorized by Pearson VUE. At this test center I also passed for my CCNA exam and got my certification. Is this what you mean with an authorized school ?

johnny is right. you have to take the vcp510 exam first to get your certificate on vcp510-dt. the ordner how to take them is not relevant.
i will study only the questions from this dump, reading the documentation from the documentationcenter on vmware.com and work with the software itself.

you can take any exam that you want. VMware will gladly take your money, but will not give you, your certificate unless you have fulfilled the requirement for that exam or certificate. you have tobe vcp5 certified first.

no. you have to take the vcp 510 exam first. in order to take that exam you have to attend an authorized school. you can take the exam but if you have not attended an authorized school for VMware vsphere 5, you will not receive your certificate.

So i can only take this exam at a examlocation anywhere i be able to receive my VMware Certified Professional 5 - Desktop (VCP5-DT) certificate?

you dont have to take the iaas exam first. you only have to be vmware certified professional data center virtualisation.

pre requisite for this exam is Iaas, which will give you the cloud and then you can take this one. if you already have the VMware vsphere 5 or 5.1.

Can anyone confirm me if before/next taking the VMWare VCP-510 (VCP5-DT) exam, you are obliged to take a training course of 3 days (€2000,-) at VMware to be able to get your Certificate?

Be careful to use the ip for the PCoIP external url and just the compression (no dedublication) of the local mode disks.

Additionally this dump is refering to View 4 configuration maximums. Please read the documentation for the correct values.

Since there is no answer with 1000 which would be for view 5 you can assume this question is for view 4.5. also because Q35 answer is B:8 hosts this also reflects on view 4.5.
