vSphere will restart the vCenter Server virtual machine on another host...not vCenter will remain offline...
The question states the vCenter server virtual machine has been tested and can migrate.
True all virtual machines on the remaining hosts will continue...now if B said vCenter server will go offline for the time it takes HA to restart the vm on another host, then it would be more correct than D.
Thoughts? Am I way off base????

This dump is still valid. Took the test yesterday and passed. You need a 300 to pass and I got a 400. There were just a few questions I hadn't seen before and the answers were rearranged for some. I'd say 95% of the questions were VERBATIM of what is in this dump. This was the only thing I studied for the test and passed with no problem. The key is to go over them Over and over and over until you can pass the practice tests everytime. There are 400 questions in this dump. I worked on them in blocks of 50. The test was 85 questions. Just got my email today from VWmare that they've updated transcript and I've completed all requirements to be a VCP. The 5 day course was around $4K and the test was $225. Good luck!!!

Passed in the US without issue today. Gubu's (this one) dump is great study tool and the most accurate of any that I've found. While there are a couple issues here and there...this is spot on.

There were a couple questions present in the dump that had replacement answer options - i.e. two of three answers were in the dump and new correct answer option took the place of the other third answer in the dump. Bottom line, know the subject or concept, not just the answer or position of answer.

Question 25 seems to be clearly wrong.
The dependent hardware iSCSI adapter uses the VMkernel and is a wrong answer for essentially the same question posed as #23.

Also, the Converged Network Adapter is another name for the Fibre Channel adapter, which does not use VMkernel.

Answer should be Use an independent and Use a Converged Network Adapter
