If you use loopback processing mode then at least one user configuration setting is applied regardless the loopback mode. In this case the user configuration part of the GP1 GPO is always applied and always have precedence. That's the point.

You need to prevent the user configuration settings in GP1 from being applied to users, so simply turn it off in the GPO status page.

ts from Unknown, when using the REPLACE mode, none of your other user GPOs will be applied when a user logs in to a machine that has loopback processing enabled. Exam doesn't ask to block all user GP . named GP1 is linked to the domain. upsss maybe a merge is the correct. Computer's GPOs are processed after the user's GPOs, they have precedence if any of the settings conflict. Decisions decisions decisions . Replace or Merge? Loopback Processing Mode is a sure.

When configuring the policy Loopback Processing Mode, you can choose two different options, Replace and Merge.
I supose it's Loopback Processing Mode with Replace. You need to prevent the User Configuration settings in GP1 from being applied to users; using Merge will apply GP1 and computer local policy one after the other.

I think Q149 should be A, because you can do everything with storage spaces using the server manager. If you use the New-Virtualdisk cmdlet you have to know which storage pool you want to use, because it is a mandatory parameter.

The GPO Status indicates whether either the user configuration or computer configuration of the GPO is enabled or disabled. It can have four possible values:

Enabled.
User configuration settings disabled.
Computer configuration settings disabled.
All settings disabled.

I think using loopback processing mode makes sense only when users and computers are in a different OU.

Q 203.I think this should be A) You should consider making use of Server Manager. If you are preparing to install DNS you are working on the new server (2012). dcpromo no longer is used (unless you do it unattended!), making B wrong. You would install DNS, and AD through the server manager which would then brin gup each installation wizard. Maybe I'm reading this wrong.

Q183. A WMI filter is base only in computer characteristics, like memory, hard drive size, OS version, etc. no local groups. For me the answer is Configure deny apply policy to the group ABCmanagers, but this option doesn't exist. The other way is using "Item-level targeting" filter, where you can configure a condition for a user if they belong to a group but is not an option either, so I think the best option is remove manager users from the OU

Passed today with 984/1000. Had 10 new questions. technically speaking, you can pass with test with a dump along. 10 questions is just a bit less than 200 points on your test. I would recommend, however, this dump along with CBT nuggets and or Trainsignal. You will be crazy to get MCSA/E by only doing dumps without actual knowledge of subject matter.

Exam B Q5: Question states that you need to ensure that a specific IP address in never assigned by a Win 2012 DHCP server to ANY device connecting to the network.
I don't think that reservation is best answer. You will need a MAC address for reservation, so unless you use a made up MAC you will have a computer that will eventually get that IP address that you don't want to assign. I think better option would be to exclude that IP address from the range. That can be done by going to "Address Pool" but that is not an option. What do you think guys?

q45. It's 2008 R2 ( without SP1 ) but if you install SP1 it's full upgraded to 2012. You have to see it asks for:
