@Daweed Windows Azure Online Backup supports NTFS, it does not support BitLocker Encryption http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj573031.aspx

Windows Azure cannot backup encrypted files, so Folder2 NTFS Encryption Yes should be done with Windows Server Backup. Am I right?
