Here is what i found from my side, open to discussion and comments please :)
3-D: Shared resource pool is the correct way.
11-A: similar to D but as it said add 2 new tasks (no deletion, no update) i will prefer A
16-C: make the test and find C
20-B
24-B,C: this is no save as mpp or mpt in Excel
37-B: Using the organizer you can copy one view into another project file
46-C: As D Levell all do not work for proposed resources but not sure
48-A: i confirmed also what Ahmad said
