Q49 I believe the answer is wrong. Cannot see why you would need to include the binaryencoded parameter (why would you want to generate a DER encoded Cert?)

I would rather include the privatekeyexportable parameter, so the cert can be exported to the other 20 CAS servers.

I beleive A, is the right answer here.
