Q-28 Correct answer is ABD I think. You need to create a .resw file under the fr-CA folder to which you bind the Xaml elements through a Uid.

Q14 - I think it should be A since you cannot pass in WindowSizeChangedeventArgs like that. I tried to make an example code and in case of WindowsSizeChangedEventArgs I had errors.
