It is required a full solution, not only for a user. I think the provided answer is wrong (C). The right answer should be:

the dump is still valid , i passed with 800 on 08.01.2014
i had 48 questions that were the same that i found on the dump , exactly the same , sometimes with a different order ; I think that in this dump there are some wrong questions but if you pass this dump at 100% you will pass the exam

Corrected answers for the first 25 questions (I'll add the rest as I get to them)
Question 7 - Answer is A, not E (P plans don't match those available to the question restraints)
Question 12 - Answer is D, not A. The environment requires a hybrid server to function, but Exchange 2007 does not function in Hybrid mode. Additionally, traffic between FOPE and On-Prem must be minimized, but switching MX to FOPE will cause all email to flow from FOPE to on-prem.
Question 17 - Should be B, not A. This depends, though. Lync Online is currently included in small business subscriptions (Wave 15), but may not have been when the test was created (Wave 14)
Question 21 - Not 100% sure of the answer, but what is selected is wrong. The guide given in the explanation is for a hybrid environment, which does not minimize changes to the existing environment as required by the question.
Question 24 - Answer is B, not C. Setting up security in additional domains requires the use of the Transfer Security Settings wizard. You can do this yourself, so it doesn't require a service request.
