to "khey from Indonesia" about my IMHO on Restricted groups. You are right, there are 2 ways of doing the same thing as I read now the instructions about overriding local Admins group with preferences.

Probably the answer is GP preference. Though with Restricted Groups same thing can be done. (it was the only thing used on old servers till 2008)

Mohammed, yes, it is forest trust and not external. (couple comments below, you can see my 1st post about it :) ). Now, Exam K, 2 mistakes:
"..must config DC2 recieve a copy of dc=app1.." - Not 'dsmod / dcpromo :D / dsmgmt (google?)' ! (dsmgmt is a tool for LDS, "ADAM".). Answer is "AD sites and serv."

2) Issues with DNS copy of the zone on server2, both have same serial number, need to transfer complete copy of zone from server1 to 2" - answer: "Transfer from Master" and not the long one (simple google search reveals that theres NO long command "Transfer a new copy of zone to master" )

Guys, about the forest trust question: its definitely NOT external trust! coz external is between 2 single DOMAINS in different forests!

A forest trust can be between two ad forest. Reference: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc731607(v=WS.10).aspx
You don't need to raise the forest functional level for an external trust, but for a forest trust you need to raise the forest functional level from windows 2000 for at least windows 2003.

I've passed today with 895, with studying this exam. There was 1 new question. Answers are 80-85 % correct in my opinion.

"Membership in the AD RMS Enterprise Administrators and the Enterprise Admins group in AD DS, or equivalent, is the minimum required to complete this procedure. " - That is from the article you linked.
"During installation, Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS) creates the AD RMS Service Group on the local computer and grants it appropriate permissions on all of the resources that are required for AD RMS to operate." - This is from the article I linked.
I definitely could be wrong, but I think given the choices for answers, I still would choose "B. AD RMS Service Group"
Domain admin would definitely not be a bare minimum account.

To JoshK: I am not a native English speaker but in question is written that User1 should be able to change SCP for the AD RMS installation! (It could be misunderstanding from my side!) Probably you should see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee849853(v=ws.10).aspx
