after further analysis, it is my opinion that this test is almost identical to
Microsoft.Yesuse.70-640.v2013-05-07.by.oyfeo.475q.vce

if compared with
Microsoft Pass4Sures 70-640 v2013-01-28 by Venomous 469q.vce
the only new questions are the last 20.
as far as I can tell, they do have the correct answers.

it's made to look as if the test is different, but only the order of some questions is changed.

after skimming a bit through the test, I kind of doubt it this is made by Venomous. it's different both in structure and questions; and Venomous' original one (v2013-01-28) had over 250 questions explained.
