If you trying to clear the exam no need to knnow anything. Just practice these 70Q and just answer them correctly in the exam. If you are looking for concept then u need to study Microsoft Hyper-V book. I suggest, first clear this paper and then go for conceptual paper. The reason behind this is, the dumps change, this is topic will be hard to answer. All the best.
