The documenation was to vague, so i gave the same answer as you. A client applications uses resources from the server, so thats why my thaughts where on the IClientInspector.

What actions should you take to inspect messages on server?
A : Implement IEndpointBehavior
B : Implement IOperationBehavior
D : Implement IDispatchMessageInspector

I do not think answer C:Implement IClientMessageInspector is right
since the question stipulates that message inspection should be done on server.
IClientMessageInspector is for client side message inspection.
To add the messages to service, you either implement BehaviorExtensionElement,IServiceBehavior or IOperationBehavior

Why do you want to be a developer? Is a developer just looking for right answers in a row or does a developer think?

If you understand the methodology behind the questions, it doesn't matter if the question is a bit different.
