Taken and passed this exam this morning in the UK. There were 50 Questions to answer and i'd say that 75 % of the questions were covered in this dump.

Out of the questions that Toyoshi mentioned 1) 3) and 4) appeared on my test.

I was asked about the priority (lower value = higher priority) and weight (If priority = the same higher=higher % of requests) with multiple servers in a NPS group and how load was handled by each server.

Finally I was also asked about NPS SQL Server logging - where to configure.

If you have no experience I would recommend you go through some self study material to @ least get a basic understanding of 642. You can probably chance the exam as it is now and get away with a pass but as you can see microsoft is busy changing the questions as time goes on.
Maybe put some time into a 642 selfstudy guide and wait for an updated vce - You will definitly ace it then and be able to put your newly aquired certification to good use :-)

First I remember was about reducing latency of collected event using event delivery optimization options : good answer is Minimize latency.
