Most answers on here are correct - except I don't agree with these - any suggestions??

1. I'm taking mine next week in the USA. There are some questions on here that differ from Hackerdemincs and Isabella. Not sure why the different answers, but any correct advice would help clarify these. Here they are in a trimmed down version:

User installs new appps on PC. After that, PC runs slow. Which tool or tools should you use to find out which apps causes his PC to run slow?

A. System Config Utility
B. Device Manager
C. Task Manager
D. Performance Monitor
E. Last Known Good Config.
F. Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel

Answer: ACF - which I don't agree with . I would say ACD.

2. User prints to a local attached printer. Print queue status says "Deleting - Error". Other jobs are waiting as well. This has been this way for an hour.

What should you do to ensure the user's printer works?

A.Instruct user to select Pause printing on the printer menu in print queue.
B.Remotely stop and start the Print Spooler service
C.Remotely stop and start the Workstation service
D.Instruct user to delete and re-create the local printer object in Windows Explorer

Answer: C
I don't agree with this, I would choose B

lol i read this like 2 hours before the exam and only learned the first 22 questions because i was learning from hackerdemics, but if i didnt learn this one for the first 22 questions it did help me with the exam, like 7 questions came out of this one.

i advise to learn certblast before you do the exam, so easy.
