There are questions with 8 possible answers or two of 8 possible answer as well (as Ibrahim said) simulation questions. Prepare yourself good, use dumps just help you, but don't think that's all you need.

be careful.. current exam contains about 15 simulation questions, that's why i failed exam with 480/1000.

They Real exam's questions are exactly the same as this dump , so you just need to work on this dump . beside , my experience in taking Microsoft exams tells me that they never change their questions Database.
