there are ways to get powershell working on sever 2008 core. only like all 'hacks' these are unsupported configurations, so out of the scope of the exam. only the official statement of ms is important for the exam.

Please accept my apologies for lashing out at you the other day, I was a bit tired and cranky.
Thanks the corrections that you have made to the wrong questions and for everyone else's efforts.

So what I was raving about was the comment of Powershell not being compatible with Server 2008 Core.
Unfortunately it's a mission to install, but it is compatible with Server Core and here are the links on how to do it.

Hello to all I passed the 70-647 yesterday with a score of 740 :-))
56 questions total 30 from 6 Case studies 26 questions after case studies was completed no going back. From the 26 questions 5 drag & drop 1 Hotspot all came from this Brain Dump!!!!
My take on the MS-Exam. This Brain dump is 100% valid.(in GERMANY) I was surprised at how many MS-Exam Questions There Was In This Dump. In saying that please know each Questions and Answers
(LIKE THE BACK OF YOUR HAND) Please!!! Try to understand the questions and answers!!!
It´s possible to max this exam but Try not to if you can help it with 1000 because that would make it even tougher for the next Exam participants. (It's your Call)

Hello All!
I think drag and drop question about moving a GPO from the staging to the production forrest is wrong! for my mind in it must be the following way:
1)Back up the GPO in the staging forest
2)Cope the GPO Back up from the staging forest to the production forest
3)Use the mugration table to map objects from staging to the production
4)Import setting from the GPO backup into the the production

Dump is 100% valid took test today. All questions came from this dump.
They shuffeled the answers a bit so do not study the a,b,c etc but remember the complete answer!

yes there are duplicates. but the duplicates have answers in different order. so it's wise to also know them. Just remember the answer instead of the order, because MS swapped some answers.

Please upload this VCE file to http://upload.avanset.com because I only receive errors "Sorry, only standard exams are supported" when I use it on an iPad or Mac OSX.

I see a couple of posts here and there about the "Sorry, only standard exams are supported" error. Does anyone know why?

Dear Friend,

Because of the AES you need the domain level of Windows Server 2008, if you want to raise the domain functional level to 2008 you need to install Windows Server 2008 R2 first, BUT you CAN'T install Windows Server 2008 R2 in domain functional level 2000 mixed mode.
So first raise the Domain level to 2003 install windows 2008 r2 server and then raise the domain level to 2008.

there is a wrong answer in question about AES.. The correct one is domain FL 2008 and this is also posted in comment but the answer is set to DFL 2003...
