I think that the answer of question 65 is wrong.

The correct order shoul be :
1 - Add contoso.com as a domain in the Microsoft Online Services portal
2 - In the external DNS zone for contoso.com, create a text (TXT) record that points to Office 365
3 - Change the contoso.com domain type to Federated

When you add a domain in the Microsoft Online Services portal, Microsoft give you the TXT record to create in the external DNS zone.
I think that you can't guess this TXT record by yourself.

screen question about 3 drag and drop for lync server has different options (add lync edge, add adfs 2.0 proxy, enable voice for users, create and assign voice policy)

I was unsure with options 10, 15 and the last one with 2 CSV files, but I got a few wrong answers on sharepoint online and service infrastructure

question about cname that says select all that apply, I believe TXT record is also a answer (why multiple choice a single answer?)

Did you look at this vce? The duplicates are gone and most answers have been corrected. I'm still unsure about Q65 (Q69 in your post). I did not see that question on the test however. All questions on the test were in this dump. Passed with 800+ so there are still definitely wrong answers, but this dump is enough to pass.

my thoughts:

Q10 should be P (its a sharepoint online plan, look for SharePoint_Placemat_final.pdf)

Q15 should be C (different Office 365 subscriptions/companies)

Q35 should be A and B (the management console also provides an option fo move mailboxes)

Q43 is wrong (Q17 is the same and is correct)

Q45 is wrong (Q9 is the same and is correct)

Q69 seems to wrong (add, feviry, federate)
