If you read the question, it asks you: "What should you do on SERVER2". So you have to execute the commands in Server2, not remotely with RSAT. Bearing this in mind and executing the cmdlet Get-IpamConfiguration on Server2, this is the output:

I think that Camaro isn't right. The Get-IpamConfiguration cmdlet gets the configuration for the computer that runs the IP Address Management (IPAM) server. The cmdlet gets the software version number and the TCP port number over which the computer that runs the IPAM Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) client connects and communicates with the computer that runs the IPAM server.

This vce, as well as all of the others for this test that I have looked at have A LOT of wrong answers and wrong explanations. Please beware. The questions and choices are all there so you at least know what is going to be on the test, but I encourage you to double check all the answers by actually studying the topics and doing independent research. I tried the simple "Trust and memorize" method, and it did not work out for me the first time around (And I have a good recall memory). I am taking the test again tomorrow after actually studying the topics a bit and realizing that probably 25% of the answers in these dumps are wrong. Having MCSE 2003 and MCITP 2008, and memorizing the dumps will likely not get you through this one, it is tough, and they are 90% totally new topics that old knowledge and real-world experience will not help you with. Wrote my exam today, had premium version. Got low 8XX, high 8XX and low 7XX in the subjects. All questions was in the exam, some answers were wrong, and two questions was exactly the same but with different answers. Please be careful of this, I am thinking this is how Microsoft is catching people dumping. Apparently Microsoft is using Audit software to weed out people dumping, and I can sense that with the questions (1-2) I had which was in the dump, but had different answers. If you are just dumping for this exam, there is no way you can answer these two questions correctly, so if you have all the other questions correct, and only these questions wrong which they change randomly, they could weed you out with this exam audit software they are talking about.

Had 73 questions in total.

Regarding Azure and bit-locker, Azure supports bit-locker, but the drive needs to be unlocked before Azure backup starts:

This is a Windows Azure FAQ page.

So yes - it looks like Azure backup does not support bit-locker in it's running state.

IF bitlocker is enabled, will Azure automatically unlock it before it wil do a backup?

Or when the operating system is online, is the volume in a unlocked state?

Because in this article from MSDN, it says that Azure does support Bitlocker, BUT only in a unlocked state.

Many of the dumps has the same issue. People had amended or fixed the answers to the questions but they did not update the explanation. I have found this to be true on many dumps, it is simply a case that the answer was fixed, as you correctly pointed out, the answer is correct, but the explanation is not.

Update the explanation with the correct answer, and post your VCE for the rest to learn from.

By the way - Q51 is not the only example, there are others with the correct answers, but wrong explanations. The explanations was was the original answer from the provider, the answer that does not match the explanation, was the amended answer contributed by the users and placed online (here) for your perusal.

I gave this exam and passed with 750/914/850, Dump is valid, but few question are wrong in all the Dumps I've referred:
