so maybe You will post a few of new questions on your exam?
I think it's the best way to prepare a good, valid dump with all new questions - if anyone who had the exam upload 1-2 questions from it.
Anyone can remember 1-2 questions with answers and we all will prepare valid answers ;)

Can someone explain why A are the right answers here? Why are not: B the right answers.

For all the commentors on this dump. If you want to pass this exam.
You should use the 70-640.v2012-07-04.by.Cobbler.402q.vce.file.html.
This the most acurate dump. And most of the questions that you guys are commenting on are in that dump. Newer questions are H,I,J.
From others comments, around 70% valid, the remaining 30% is new, reworded or similar with different answers. Understand the questions, not the answers.

i take the exam and fail , many questions was very new i will post some of them , one have exhibit and ask you if admin delete a site link form where you can make it back and you have to click on the exhibit? did any one saw this in any exam ? other question was if you try to make child domain and it give you error message what you have to do ??? is moving the infrastructure is the solution ??? and i will try to remember more

To stop AD DS service through command prompt use: Net Stop NTDS and Net Start NTDS to restart the service. Hope this helps.

To stop AD DS service through command prompt i don't see any specific command, but one can query weather in a particualr Domain controller if AD Domain services running or stopped. The below command need to run on DC
sc query ntds - local DC
sc \dcname ntds - network dc

Below link brief about how to stop / start further AD DS service.
