Hello, i pased the exam yesterday with 72 %, trainig,study the book, this dump and ITIL.Pass4sure.ITILFND.v2018-03-31.by.Amber.190q.vce. like other say, you need to understand the qestion. What is nice that all the qestion from this 2 dumps are correct. Wishing you the best in taking the exam, is hard, but no that hard.

Valid Valid Valid ,Few days ago I've passed the exam via PeopleCert . All quesions are from this dump with some re-phrasing , chaning some choices . so with understanding the material you will pass easily

The dump is valid. I scored 35 out of 40 today. There were maybe 4 questions not in the dump. The exam is pretty easy. I recommend studying the 3 latest dumps here

I've just passed the exam today in Egypt getting 36/40. Almost all questions are exactly the same from this dump. two or three new questions. as far as I remember one is asking about stockholders and internal and external customer. another one is asking about the definition of serviceability and availability. The exam is really very easy , dont hesitate and go ahead . but also dont rely on the dump only ,you've to study the material and focus on the objectives and purpose of each stage of lifecycle,processes and sub-processes in every stage, the definitions, types of services, types of agreements,types of customers.

Exam questions are valid. However about 30%-40% of the question were tricky and new ones. These dumps are combination of the first two dumps posted for ITIL. If you have good ITSM and industry experience you can pass the exam. Plus some question that came from the dumps were tricky as they had modified the question. Very few were direct questions are posted in the dumps
