I don't use Boot Camp, I use Parallels or CrossOver to get Windows programms running, and so I didn't check this out. I relied on the source I cited, and so the error occured. Now I know, there is a Boot Camp Control Panel.
You're right, item 41, it's answer B. Thanks for the correction.

@Gill - Item 44 correct answer is B! I selected B and my (Prometric) Cross-platform Compatibility Score was 5/5.
According to official prep guide you should use Windows Boot Camp control panel. I know that link you provided says "Use the Startup Disk Control Panel in Windows or OS X Startup Disk System Preferences" but since it is an article for Boot Camp they really mean Boot Camp startup panel. It is also logically obvious since native Windows Startup Control Panel (answer D) won't communicate anything to Mac. More over, such panel doesn't exist in Windows 7, there is no startup.cpl in Windows 7.
You should use Apple's native control panel to configure how Mac boots, hence you should use Windows Boot Camp control panel (ref: Mac Integration Basics 10.8: Adding a Mac to a Windows or Other Standards-Based Network; page 70, "You can set the default operating system for your computer using Startup Disk preferences (OS X) or the Boot Camp control panel (Windows).")
