The dump is 100% valid. Got over 900 our of 1000 (test site in Toronto). Prior to attempting the test, I suggest you read the material rather than just memorizing the correct answers from the dump. Sybex text is good; however, it won't be enough to pass the test. It seemed that the test was geared towards testing your knowledge of the PowerShell commands; in real-life, you will probably end up using GUI most of the time. As you prepare for the exam, it would be ideal if you take the time to find the details on any "grey-areas" you encounter by checking with MS TechNet articles. That not only help you memorize "correct" answers from the dump, but also reinforces your knowledge that you may end up using one day in real life. Good luck to you all!

This dump is 100 % valid in US. Just took the exam a little while ago. If you read either Microsoft or Sybex books, use CBT Nuggets, did some hands on labs, and use this dump to test your knowledge, you should not have any trouble at all. All the 49 questions did come from this dump but answers were in a different order.
