  The 83- is the new version (with the Labs) of the 70- exams. It has no relation to the language, since all exams are in English..
  MS is updating more of it"s MOC study books from A to B version and parrallel there will be new exams in the 83- range..

  @ Rob. Thx for your answer. I passed the 70-640 today. Now I know the difference between the 83 and the 70s.:-) Mine was without labs..only questions.

  The difference between 83-640 and 70-640 is only the language and nothing more. 83 is only english and that's why i took that exam, because my work is in english in the Netherlands !

  Today (5-2-2010) i passes the exam with a 950 score
  All questions i got , came from this dump !!! (30 questions)
  
  The 2 labs with each about 8 things to configure came all from :

  Learn them and practice them. You have to configure alle of the things you see in these videos. All of them !!!
