40 Questions, I would say 10 new questions. A lot of Remote Desktop Services.
But don´t worry, with this dump the Test is no problem.
These dumps are still valid, passed yesterday 836/1000, but however as Tim mentioned there are a lot of new questions +/- 20 based on R2....

I did get the pre-exam survey and it did say questions would be in the exam that don't count towards mark, there were about 15 or so brand new questions all about new R2 features which were damn hard as my study books are the 2008 MCITP ones. I do use R2 a lot at work so that helped. If you've never used R2 expect to struggle on this one.
I suggest you do what I did and install an R2 lab and deploy the roles as you learn. I studied with the Trainsignal CBT's and deployed my lab while watching, then did the dump and went and read up the books on the ones I failed on and then looked at the settings in the lab.
Beware there are a lot of questions around the command line. Specifically you need to know the Terminal Server commands pretty well, I'd say 90% are covered in the dump though.
New Questions:
Q: R2 Media Services Streaming services. Server1 in subnet 1, Server2 in Subnet2. Server 1 is a streaming media services with 1MBbps, Server2 is a relaying proxy. You want to configure it so clients don't have to wait when they click on a video. What tab do you configure.

I think all Q are counted ,usually when taking MIcrosoft exams they writing before the test starts that there will be Beta Questions ,this time they didn't..

I have passed this exam today 1000/836 in Hungary.
I was learning from several sources but mostly used Microsoft TestKing 70-643 v2010-03-08 by AhsanMalik 166q.vce
I have faced a lot of new questions specially from Hyper-V, ipv6, DS Gateway and Win2k8 R2! questions.
I am not sure which counts in the final score, but I can tell you I could recognize only like 20of65 questions from the dump.
These dumps are still valid for the first 40 questions, as people have stated. But I think that the last 25 beta questions are now starting to count towards the final score, either in part or fully. I could recite the answers to these dumps with my eye shut so the 11% I got wrong must have come from the new questions. Know your Terminal Services!

65 questions
first 40 were from these recent 3 dumps.
the other 25 was all new.
New stuff was mostly of Sharepoint Foundation 2010 questions (where in sharepoint do you configure specific email, site permissions and delegation, database management)
IIS7 management accounts, delegation, user login, and where the IIS settings for each type of permissions. ie where to set authorization restrictions, where to delegate, where to create and assign new site administrators, etc.
So get to know WHERE these settings are.
I almost had a panic attack, as the official book isn't very specific about these items.
