The answer is C - From windows server Backup, run the Register Server Wizard.
Explanation - You can only backup server once you have registered the Server, the only way you can do that is if you have Windows Azure online backup account. So the only way to do that is register the server you want to back up.

1) Witness disk - Ans is Basic Disk and NTFS
2) Site C connects to Site A and Site B in 2 site links, replication to Site B until all Site B DC fails. - Ans is decrease link cost between Site C and Site B.
3) Server with BitLocker enabled with TPM has the motherboard replaced and won't boot - Ans Boot system and input the TPM Key
4) C is Win2010, D is Win2008. Win2008 is missing from the boot menu, which command do you use? - Answer is bcdedit/bootcfg with option. I think is bootcfg /rebuild or bootcfg /add. Not sure.
5) After booting the Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE), cmdlet to restore OS in a bare metal situration - Answer is Wbadmin start sysrecovery (Runs a recovery of the full system (at least all the volumes that contain the operating system's state). When upgrading an Active Directory Domain Controller from Windows Server 2008 (or 2008 R2) to Windows Server 2012, the AD Forest must be upgraded first. This has to be manually done, as it is not part of the setup process.
To upgrade the AD Forest, right-click on the Command Prompt icon and select “Run as Administrator”. Insert the Windows Server 2012 DVD (or mount the ISO using a virtual drive) and switch to that drive inside Command Prompt: “cd [Drive letter]: <ENTER>“.

It is hard to pass when you only learn this Questions.
This exam is still valid here in South Africa I just wrote today and passed with 812 score and 15 to 17 new questions but not bad all 45 questions come from this exam. It is fruitfully
still valid !!
