When select the "automatically install windows server roles required for exchange server" check box. In installation process is also installed net-framework. Therefore, net-frameschork additionally do not need to install.

You import server manager module in windows ps

What should you do

What I've learned in my exchange2010 lesson is that :

B. At the command prompt, run servermanagercmd and use Exchange-Typical.xml template

You can notice in the question, that the servermanager cmd is imported .. I think you have made a mistake
