  You are incorrect .... hvconfig IS the correct answer. sc config has nothing to do with Hyper-V, it's for managing system services.
  
  hvconfig got incorporated into 2008 R2 server core and got renamed sconfig, which is used for initial server core config.. I guess this is where you got confused.
  
  So, hvconfig is CORRECT
