the correct procedure for DSRM password is "go to NTDSUTIL-SET DSRM PASSWORD-RESET PASSWORD ON SERVER NULL-(then type your password and confirm it).Now your password successfully change.

Looks like the voucher I have for 70-640 still works.
I only have access to the 70-640 practice exam @ transcender.
I also have access to the official microsoft course virtual labs from the prerequisite classes.
I'm guessing I'm covered on the multiple choices with the transcender exam (transcender is my main reliance)... what I'm wondering is what to solidify on the virtual labs while I still have access to the virtual labs to cover myself for the new 083-640. (aside from the videos on 4shared..)
The labs are attached to sections of the books - if anyone could reference those it'd be great.
dump is great, used CBT.Nuggets.Windows.Server.2008.Active.Directory.Configuring.Exam-Pack.70-640.DVDR-AG before looking at the dump or labs, was great to go through (even @ 70-640 it covers all exam needs)

As if your exam don't be useful. If you can't block inheritance on a OU or make a dns delegation don't pass the exam. ( I saw that in comment )

3) Remove a RODC, reset the passwords for users/computers, and export that list of users/computers to a txt
LAB was easy learn all from the 4shared.."postal code" attribute was change to "COMPANY" attribute. the task was to replicate in global catalog server. 2 question that you need to answer in the right order regarding Lightweight Directory Access and Authoratative Restore.

to enable Global Catalog replication for the "Company" attrbute, as follows :
- start >RUN > write in the box "regsvr32 schmmgmmt.dll" then press enter
then again
- start > RUN> write MMC the box
then
- add the Active Driectory Schemma from the Snapin
- then from the mnue right click in the domain and chose connect to operational schemma master
- then find this attrbutes wihtn the group of attrbutes that available , then right click on the attrbutes, chose probrties, and you find this option down
is same as enable Global Catalog replication for the "postal code", except the attrbute "Company" is exist only in the VMs lab of the test :D

12. Create fabrkam.net forward lookup - primary zone to replicated to all DCs in the forest
13. Create a Conditional forwarder to 10.10.10.15 & replicate all dns to forest
14. Change DSRM password
15. DNS: Avoid DC to received bad zone data
16. Block inheritance on an OU
17. Disable user configuration in GPO

All questions came from Microsoft.Braindump.70-640.v2009-01-30.by.breeze126.vce and this Ellvey 119 dump ( both are same but Ellvey without repeattion) >> you have to study all A,B,C exams on these dump
Download the 70-640 or 83-640 avi is enough to pass, since it cover 90% of the tasks in the exam.

the labs are damned slow and the second lab crashed in the last minutes, clicked done and hoped the best
q&a using somtimes different formulations but it's clear what it should be
thanx for the dump - and it is still valid
God damn these labs, all the way was laggy.
lab 1 was fine with few problems but for lab 2 I couldn't do anything [extremely slow]
the questions I'm sure 100% I answered them all from this and breez vce.
at the end my great day was completed by "No score report available at this time"

Labs are easy just learn the 4share ones listed below and it will be a breeze!!! Only thing is careful with the labs they are slow vertual machines. Double check you have made the corrects changes.
@ Keeru, you should get your score on screen after you finish plus they print it of for you be fore you leave the test centre. I think it takes a while for it to show on you MCP page.

if you are not sure about it your email and password, you can check it below the login textboxs "Not sure if you're already a user or don't know your password?"
whenever you logged on check "Candidate History" it'll show you whether you passed or God forbidden failed.
just have a small doubt, i hadnt received my score report after the completion of my exam.
will it take 24hrs to receive the score report.
can any one please reply me soon.... am waiting to knw my score (pass r failed)... :'(

indeed both are same 70-640 and 83-640, but 83-640 is lab based english exam and 70-640 is no more available in english and it's not lab based!
Simulation are also the same with slight changes.
Dumps are 100% valid and correct.
The labs in the link are not 100% full, but very close.
Need to know about deleting an RODC, resetting cached credentials, and exporting the list. All can be done by right clicking on the RODC and selecting delete.
100 % valid. Passed yesterday. score 916/1000/
Just take care for labs.
Are the number of steps important?
How can I revert changes? Is there some button?

cuz it will cancel it and its like you step the labs section. and you cant go back to the labs. so you start with the labs and then question. nothing you can change... make sure you are working on the wright DC,, good luck

to avoid repetitive questions you can use EliLevy.119q in the 83-640 Section.
Both the files contain the same Questions.
All the 30 Questions were from these files.
The 2 Labs containing 20 questions each were from http://webmasterssoftwares.com/ with a few exceptions.
My recommendation's for this exam are
1) Have a lot of patience and expect problems while going for this exam.
2) The exam is damn slow,so be slow while typing in the VM's, and you can come across lots of connectivity problems.
3) "Most Important" know your stuff well as stated by other guys too,this is not a simulations based exam Microsoft gives actual virtual machines over here and thus can come up with any kind of questions in the 2 Practical Labs.
4) I had a few new Questions not being discussed by the guys previously
a) Add the administrators group in the Security filtering
b) Configure Delegation on sales Ou for SalesIT group to manage group policy links
c) Create a Primary forward lookup zone for Fabrikam.com and replicate the zone to all domain controllers in the forest
d) replicate the company attribute using the schema management console to all the global catalogs
e) Block policy inheritance for the sales OU
f) Create a conditional forwarder for fabrikam.com
The Rest all were same
