I'm not too happy about IIS Shared Configuration either, but I have my doubts whether DFS is the answer as well. The thing is: it can be installed on a workgroup-based server but after installation you will be warned that replication will not be fully functional unless you join the server to a domain. And it will complain about "Unable to contact LDAP server" when you try to set up a replication group in a workgroup. So unless someone has a better idea I will have to go with the IIS-answer.

Not sure, but I think I found a wrong answer. Exam H, Q8. The answer, according to the answer in the dump, should be Windows Server backup because it can deploy bare metal backups. However, the backup solution was for the San Fransisco office where one of the servers is running Windows 2003. Correct me if my memory is playing tricks on me, but isn't windows server backup/wbadmin a 2008 only feature and W2K3 is using another backup solution?

there was 25 regular questions from exam A, 2-3 of them were new.
all the rest was 31 questions separated to 6 testlet exams (5.5.5.5.5.6)

Lern well and also do hands-on job this is the only way to know!!

BTW, saw today that MCSA2012 is now also a valid option for MCSE Private Cloud. Doesn't matter to me anymore ;-)

I don't agree with this question:

You need to design a group policy solution that deploys a printer and enforces printer settings.

a) Use local security policy
b) Use group policy preferences
c) Use a GPO windows setting
d) Use a starter GPO

It says B is the correct answer but it surely should be C. The question states that you need to enforce the settings. Preferences are deployed when you specifically do not want to enforce the settings. Thoughts?

Doing some research on the question in Exam S:
"You are designing a Windows Server 2008 R2 deployment strategy for the Minneapolis campus servers.
Which deployment strategy should you use?"

I agree that it should not be install from media because it specifically says you use WDS.
I think the answer should be "Use a discover image in WDS" after reading:

It says you can use discover image in WDS when the client is unable to boot using PXE which if it is on a different subnet would be correct. Also:

"When you boot a computer into a discover image, the Windows Deployment Services client will locate a Windows Deployment Services server, and then you can choose the install image you want to install. You can specify a destination server and the discover image will locate and install the image from the server automatically. You can also configure discover images to target a specific Windows Deployment Services server. This means that if you have multiple servers in your environment, you can create a discover image for each one, and then name them based on the name of the server."

Anyone able to dispute this, or agree with me? Also, that would be the same answer for the other question in that testlet that is the same with some different answer choices.
