Answer to question is "Seize the RID master FSMO role". RID master is responsible for adding new RIDs to DCs. Default value is 500 RIDs. If you need to add 1000 accounts and RID master is failed, you can't do it, because you only can add around 500 accounts. Shema master dosn't have anything with accounts. You don't modify shema adding new accounts. Btw, you can transfer all FSMO roles, not only RID, Infrastructure, PDC.

I took this exam today and hardly managed to pass with 700 in Pak another guy who was with me failed. 50% questions were from this dump answers were totally shuffled. Language/name/wording/object of 15% questions were totally changed e.g(Q15-SecL) was having same pic but name of objects were totally changed. 35% questions are not in this dump and in scrooge aswell. You are right, I see no way to MOVE objects with DSMOD. Though, the other 2 options are completly inappropriate. move-item is a cmdlet not related to AD or move AD objects.
