I was searching in google for this question interface or firewall. And according me its interface. In the interface tab you can define to which network the server will serve dns quiries(internal network card or internet). Firewall is an option but remeber that your dns server should contact root servers for internet

I believe Firewall is correct too. Because when we used from interface, we restrict a DNS server to listen only on selected addresses. If we have a router and it can reach a query to the given interface DNS answer that query. Only the Firewall can be correct answer.

for the question:
Your network contains a DNS server named DNS1 that runs Windows server 2008 R2. You need to ensure that DNS1 only responds to DNS queries from computers that are located in the same sunet:
Interfaces from DNS Manager allows you to listen on that particular address but will not restrict other subnet. The only option is to create a Firewall rule to allow only local subnet and block other subnet. So I believe Firewall option is correct.

it should be the answer: Interfaces from DNS Menager, am I right? There is other answer: Windows firewall. Which answer is correct?

I think D is actually the correct answer because the question is saying that we need to encrypt the app1...not just allow the connection. You cannot actually encrypt using the inbound rule, but you can encrypt by specifying an algorithm using the connection security rule and configuring port 5000. I did not check any references...just from experience.

another question I dispute is question 26 of exam 3.
Q: Your network contains a server named Server1 that runs Windows Server 2008 R2. Server1 hosts a custom application named App1. App1 is accessible on TCP port 5000.
You need to encrypt App1 data on the network.
What should you do?
A: From the Local Security Policy console, configure the Security Options.
B: From the Local Security Policy console, configure the Application Control Policies.
C: From the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security console, create an inbound rule.
D: From the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security console, create a connection security rule.
The given answer is D, but I think it should be C.
You´ll need an IPsec Policy with an Inbound rule to open port 5000 for encripted traffic only. A connection security rule doesn't include filters, so you can not open just port 5000

B: Change the settings of the domain firewall profile.
C: Modify the properties of the inbound firewall rules.
D: Modify the properties of the outbound firewall rules.
The given answer is C, but I think it should be B.
There is no general properties page for inbound rules
There is one for each firewall profile. Here you can enable logging
Server1 is a domain member with only one network connection

Offline files are not suitable for in this scenario both because each client will transfer file locally and because offline files doesn't support web files
BITS Peersharing is configurable only in Vista (BITS 3.0). So XP Clients needs to transfer files from main location.
BranchCache in hosted cache mode is available only on server 2008 R2 (but it is not specified if there are server on each remote office and clients need to be Windows 7
