Wrong Question:
the question #7 about txtTN_Validating when you need to validate a tracking number is wrong. You cannot set Cancel = true. it must be E.Cancel = true. so not sure how everyone is passing with 1000 if this is asked.
As per MS: "If the Cancel property of the CancelEventArgs is set to true in the Validating event delegate, all events that would usually occur after the Validating event are suppressed."
