OK, I sat the exam today. Passed.
The exam has 56 questions (plus 10 survey questions before the actual test questions).
Out of this VCE file I definitely had questions :
7, 12, 17, 22, 40, 55, 57, 84, 107, 111, 112, 113, 116, 117, 118, 120, 121, 123, 126, 131, 132, 133, 136, 139, 140, 143, 144, 145, 149, 151 = Total 30 questions.
I don't recall exactlly, but I may have also had questions 1, 64, 124, 141, 146 in my exam. Hence, making a total of 35 questions from this vce file out of 56 questions in the actual exam.
Many of the above mentioned questions, the answers appeared in a different order (questions 12, 17, 22, 84, 117, 121, 149, 151).
There was another question very similar to question 28 on the vce, except it mentioned disk sizes of 73 GB and 146 GB.
Another question was very similar to the Fax Service question #104 on the vce, however 3 of the options were : Turn Off / Turn ON the external modem (the scenario was about an external fax/modem) or Uninstall and ReInstall the Fax Service Server Component or Reconfigure the Fax Service. I opted for the option to Reconfigure the Fax Service, however I am not sure. The scenario stated that immediately after you installed the SBS Server and configured the fax service, you tested it and everything was working - both sending and receiving faxes. But then 2 weeks later .... you noticed that you are not receiving any incoming faxes. You restarted the SBS server, however that didn't help. So the correct answer might also be to Turn Off and Turn On again the external modem.
56 minus 30 or 35 means that 26 or 21 (!!!) questions were NOT from any of the VCEs around here. Some of the questions referenced Vista computers and ISA 2006 (not 2004). Nevertheless, I don't think that they were too difficult if you know your stuff, like IP configuration, Exchange Recdovery Storage Group and a few more subjects.
Hope this is of help to you all !

Questions 32 and 62 on this vce are identical, however the answers are different.
Answer 32 is C - SBS Standard , while Answer 62 is B - SBS Premium + SQL.
Personally, I opt for C (Standard Edition). No requirement in the scenario suggests a need for SQL (such as might be a sales database application).
Question 53 on this vce - "Correct: answer is A - SBS Premium with all options. I disagree with this - a) Nothing in the scenario leads to the requirement for all options. b) Server with 256 MB RAM cannot be sufficient for SBS Premium (min 384 MB RAM). Therefore, I opt for answer B - SBS Standard Edition.
Have not yet taken the exam, but preparing for it.

this dump is not equal to the real exam; today i've passed the exam, but only 10 / 15 questions are same as the dump; the other questions are similar or different, but the exam is not so difficult; if you study very well the dump (also the 204 questions by ramon) you can get at least the minimum score (700) to pass it. (in total there are 56 questions)
