JHeleven covers all the lab questions that you may have in your exam. I had 20 of them exactly from his post.
The labs were damn slow: if it were a local computer, you can finish each lab part [there are two of them] in 10 minutes maximum, given that you have gone through JHeleven's questions over and over. In my labs, the CPU speed was 7 Mhz and RAM was 12 Megabytes [no typo here]; so imagine a Windows Server 2008 running with this hardware. This is what you will experience in the exam. In any case, it's doable and there's no need to fear.
Anybody complaining about invalid dumps, please make sure that you have gone all the questions in the vce file. There is an option to select questions and there is the option to "Take xxx questions from the entire file." This is the one you must select otherwise you will not see the other questions and you will think the dump is not valid.

one of the lab task`s is to make a conditional forword from contoso.com to fabrikam.com with master ip x.x.x.x
i made what i have to do but the ip was in diff range of the server,so the DNS console didnt validate the forworder because the internet was down; it seems that there is something wrong with connectivity i wanted to solve it but there was no task telling to do it :( >>> i was afraid to do it and Fail.
the microsoft should give us at leat hint :(

The videos are 100% valid. But don't relay only on dumps, read also the books and play with some virtual machines. Try to understand the concept not to memorize the answers.

70-640 changed 83-640 both are same
- change the OU to be Local admen (instead of Global) and change it to distributed group (instead of Security) , I had problem that I cant change it to Local Group (the check was Disabled “Not allow to select”) so that I rename the old OU and create new one with same name and ensure that it’s same old one (with no members)
- other task required , you have 3 domain name , one of the domain was stolen , you need to export all users list and save it to Xserver with file name.txt , then reset the passwords of the users in this stolen (read only domain controller) , then eras the cached stored password , then delete the Domain name of this stolen one

the lab questions that i remember are
1.enable a group to read and enroll EFS recovery agent certificates :
Ans : add permissions in the EFS recovery agent template for the same
2. change descrition attribute for a bunch of users - select all the users mentioned -right click properties- enable descrition- set new value.
3. enable derictory service changes : auditpot /set /subcategory /" directory service changes /success:enable
4. reset DSRM password : the video in the link above is incorrect
