  Matrix-Hung ,pgtech777 ,question is right. By default,there is no WSUS role ,that you can install via server manager,but you can download an update (KB940518) ,that makes WSUS role available to install.

  this answer is for use the Windows server 2008 SP1. In the Windows Server 2008 SP2 included the WSUS in the Server Hole, but install this Role in the
  server,the server will go to the Microsoft Server to Download the WSUS to Install.
