Yes, these are the set of lesson review questions from the training MCTS training kit.

The MCTS training kit has 139 lesson review questions and 199 training test questions.

Many of have confirmed the 40 questions are those that appear in the exam.

I always thought there was a bank of questions selected randomly, one seen one post where someone failed using the 40q dump and it didnt appear to be that raj who leaves messages to advertise and SELL his dumps.
