I just took this today (in the US) and I scored an 871. I used the practice test that was corrected by Ray - listed below - and then the night and morning before the test I used this to ensure that I knew the material. The sims really aren't hard at all, so I would recommend googling anything that you don't know so that you can fully understand it all, and then the sims will be cake once you've learned everything that these practice tests have to offer.

I passed today using this dump. I scored 721 and I am from from South Africa. I all the questions came in but the simulations I struggled. Only one or two came in. I am a bit unhappy with my score I've could of done better but a pass is a pass. Next up is 293
