I am wondering why we must seize from a RECOVERED DC? i think from UNRECOVERED DC's is correct.

Dump is 100% valid. I only studied the Jimbo questions and 15 of the 20 testlets. I skipped all of Certify-Me questions and all of the select and place (including the ones on Jimbo). I didn't study the last 5 testlets. I didn't have time. Only 18 hours to study. Of the 6 testlests on the exam, I studied all but one. I only got two select and place and the one point and shoot. Passed with 760. You can skip Certify-Me, but I think I got lucky not knowing all of the testlets. Suggest you study them all. Not sure if only two select/place is common. If it is, then I don't see the point in studying all of those.

This dump is still 100% valid, didn't have one new question. I did not learn with Exam V, since it seems to repeat the questions of Exam A. I did not prepare with another dump, this one is absolutely sufficient. I had 26 normal questions and 6 testlets.

You possibly can pass the test without any knowledge, but my advice is to get to know the backgrounds, wich will make answering and remembering a lot easier.

Passed today with 860 using only this dump. Did not use anything else, so very very valid in Israel. Did not study exam V. All questions were from the rest of the dump. I don't see any need in doing additional research or labs. If what you want is to pass the exam then learning this dump is more than enough. If you want to understand then go ahead but as I said not necessary for passing. I Honestly don't understand how exams like this can be taken so seriously. I can pick any random guy or woman from the street who knows nothing about networking and computers, give himher this dump for a week and they will pass.

The dump is very valid and almost identical to the test just one new question in one of the testlets, Also even though exam V seems to be exactly the same as A, I'd flip through it quickly because there are two or three questions in it that aren't in exam A, And one of them came in today's test, another piece of advice from me would be to do a little side reading, it helps you understand the concepts better so you can be more sure of your answers in the test.

Question is listed two times, same wording, different answers.
In both q are both answers listed, but in each another answer is right:
-adprep
-raise functional level of the domain

Given level is 2000 native, and AD RMS needs minimum 2003.
So answer should be - raise DFlevel.
Can someone please correct / confirm?

Exam W Question 16 can someone explain the order to this answer.
I think the order should be:
Create Folder
Copy Software
Create GPO assign
Create GPP

The order in the testlet has this reversed but you have to create the folder distribution share before creating the GPO which you will distribute this from. If I'm missing something here please let me know because I can't get myself to use the order recommended.

has anyone noticed that exam P has 1 question that is asked 3 times and 2 other questions that are asked 2 times and that the title in the beginning says jazzy records but the case study talks about wingtip toys? i was just wondering.

Recently passed in the USA on the first try. Tough exam. To prepare for the exam, I studied Microsoft's 70-647 book and this VCE file. It is still very much valid. I only had a one or two questions that were not on it.

I think some answers are incorrect in this dump, like the one below,

I know which one you mean. I think the correct answer is 'Raise the functional level of the domain'. This is because cohowinery.com has DC's that are Server 2008 R2 but the domain level is 2000 native and the other domain has a domain level of 2003. so therefore you would raise the domain level in the cohowinery.com domain to 2003

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but I believe that is correct.

ATTN EVERYONE! It is to my knowledge that if you switch back & forth from the case study to the test question, the test will deduct points! Please be careful to read the case study well and even more important, make sure you are using this dump to train with. You should know the case study well enough by test day that it's second nature. This will prevent you from switching back & forth from the case study to the test question and loosing more points.

I am very disappointed to tell you that I failed (got 683) I answered 95% questions from this dump. Don't know to tell you where it went wrong. Also completed the 70-647 books. Maybe I should have spent more time on the dump.

Never failed any Microsoft exams though... I will take the exam in 10 days.

Dump 100% valid in South Africa passed 29 Nov 96% thanks to all that contributed to this dump.

I think I just froze up on this one. I was getting 100% on the braindump. Spent a great deal of time researching all the questions. Read the book and did the labs. Its rare for me to get anything less then 850 on a Microsoft test. I'm still kicking myself for getting such a low score but I guess a pass is a pass.

I'm not going to blame the braindump though. Every question I got was here.

O.K., I'm supposed to know how to read English, but.. On Baldwin Museum (testlet F), I thought that the question regarding recommending a change to Active Directory to ensure replication between Domain Controllers in France, the answer was "D" Disable the Knowledge Consistency Checker. Right? The explanation says that I'm right even though the "Check Answer" shows "A: Disable site link bridging." What the description says is that we should disable KCC. What is the right answer, please?

I have been on anons (Jimbo170, testlets, Certify-me 169 and Certify-Me16)
I had a good look and Certify-me 169 is same as jimbo170 but suspects Jimbo has few wrong answer. Not a great deal. Hope all goes well for me tomorrow. Reading the post helped me lots to compare the dumps.

Vno.. Most of Certify-Me are repeats, but if you suspect any incorrect answers in Jimbo for questions that are the same in both, I think the Certify-Me wins.

I should say, though, I only ever studied the Jimbo set.

If you read the FAQ at the beginning of each, you will see the note about updates and changes.

Basically, it seems that the W set of drag-and-drops are the correct ones (although I know that the question about deploying a new RODC in corp.contoso.com has the wrong item, should be "Prepare the Corp.contoso.com domain for Windows Server 2008 R2 and prepare the forest for RODC" instead of for "contoso.com" as the exam indicates). Also, anything in Certify-Me that is correct that is incorrect in the Jimbo 170 (exam A) should be the correct one from what I understand.

I had no drag-and-drops on my exam.. but that doesn't mean you won't get them.

I just passed today with 880/1000 in US!

This dump is 99% accurate. There are some minor discrepancies with the Certify-Me 169 and Jimbo dump inside, and the Certify-Me 16 drag and drops have some minor differences in the answer from the Jimbo drag and drops. I had NO drag and drops on this test..

There were 6 Testlets, including:

There was some new wording on the testlets, but answers were all the same (or analogous to the dump answers)

I had 27 Qs, all from Jimbo/Certify-Me 169.. save maybe 1 new question (or newly worded question) in the series; if you studied the book and the dumps you should be prepared for these.

Overall, I only studied this dump, which is a collection of Jimbo and Certify-Me dumps, with updated testlets to include new company cases (such as for the company Consolidated Messenger)

Also guys, I noticed that this Anon dump has only a 20 Min limit on the Jimbo 170 set (exam A), so I used Visual CertExam Designer to increase the time.. once I did that, I actually went ahead and split the Jimbo dump into 5 parts of 34 questions to make studying easier (since you can't select an amount of questions to take from Case Study-based VCEs), or I could possibly upload my edited version on request. It made my study session and review a bit more manageable.

You need to read the 70-647 text book. Do all the hands on labs in the book using VMs. Look up all the answers in the dump on technet and score in the 90-95% on the questions in the dump. This process takes about 4 weeks.

@Milly P It is C. Raise the functional level of the domain.

If you are using ADMT v3.1, all target domains must be at least at the Windows 2000 native functional level. If you are using ADMT v3.2, all source and target domains must be at least at the Windows Server 2003 functional level.

ah got it, in the description it says that previous answer was C but D is right. there is no need to create any suffix routing and stuff in the contoso.com forest, because the new domain is in the same forest, but there is a need to create suufix routing in a lucernpublishing.com because it is a foreign forest and has only forest trust with contoso

What is the right way to study testlets? Read the info and then read the questions or read the questions first and then try to find the answer in the info? I'm asking because when i did the exam i felt that i had not enough time. Please any advise?
