My take on Exam E Q12:
The answers are a bit misleading.
If we simply create a CNAME record for Web1 (option B), if a client in any domain searches for Web1, the DNS Resolver service will automatically append the primary DNS Suffix for that client, to the query.
Once this DNS query reaches the DNS Server, and if that DNS Server is authoritative, it will first search using the Local Zone data.
In the self paced MS Book, it is mentioned that GlobalNames feature can be helpful when the default DNS Suffix Search list for DNS clients would not enable users to connect quickly (or connect at all) to a resource by using a single-label name.
Option 1, is the closest however we need to create CNAME records after creating GlobalNames zone, and not Host A Records.
GlobalNames zone is surely the way to go to resolve this problem since we are dealing with multiple domains and the domains have further, sub-domains.

@ Mohammed from Egypt I believe the answer to the question is correct because when a new zone for a subdomain is created, delegation from the parent zone is needed. To make the server known to other servers outside the new delegated zone, two resource recores are necessary. one is the name server (NS) resource record and the other is host (A or AAAA) resource record. See example in help for DNS (Example:Delegating a subdomain to a new Zone)
